For exterior home painting and staining, we are normally fully-booked for the season by the end of April. We strongly suggest getting into our queue as early as possible.

To maintain the appearance and protection of your Tahoe deck, it is generally recommended to stain it every 1-2 years, depending on factors like whether shovels and snowblowers are used on the deck, foot traffic, and sun/snow exposure.

Several factors influence the costs of hiring a professional painter. These include the size and complexity of the project, the type of surfaces to be painted, material needs, labor, insurance, bonding, any necessary repairs or surface preparation, and the location of the project. Paint colors are a personal choice, reflecting the homeowners’ tastes and preferences. We are more than happy to offer suggestions based on how the property “sits” in the environment, the size of the property, and what we’ve done in the past. However, we strongly suggest driving neighborhoods and tapping other sources such as Youtube to get a feel for what you like and don’t like.  See our article on choosing home colors.

The time it takes us to complete a house painting project can vary depending on several factors, including the size of the house, the number of rooms, the complexity of the surfaces, and any necessary prep work. Generally, it can take anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks to paint a house, but the specific timeline will be determined by the unique characteristics of each project.
