Exterior Painting and Staining
What to expect
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit, sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut labore et dolore magna aliqua.
Preparing for paint and stain
Prepare the surface for painting by pressure-washing all areas to be painted, using mold/mildew remover as needed, tying back any bushes that may interfere with the working area, and scraping peeling paint to ensure a solid substrate. Sand, caulk, and prime all areas that are indicated on the estimate form, and apply test patches to ensure color satisfaction.
Our painting process
At ReliaPro, we paint the exterior using a combination of brush and roll, and spray with “Back Roll” to ensure a full, thorough, professional finish that captures your desired color. The number of coats required depends on the colors involved and the level of sheen.
Completion and cleanup
Upon completion, all debris should be bagged and removed, leaving the area clean and tidy. We also label any extra paint used on each area of your home’s exterior, making it easy to touch up any future damage or wear.
Final evaluation
Ensure that the painted surfaces are completely dry and cured before allowing any contact or impact. Lastly, we verify that all work has been completed to your satisfaction before final payment is made.
Need help choosing exterior paint colors?
"Frank and his team were great. Frank was easy to work with and very responsive via email and phone and then scheduling a time to meet in person. He also went to our place when we were there and was able to do a walk-through and give us a quote remotely to paint the entire inside of our home so things were super easy. We decided on a color scheme and then it was completed on time. Very happy working with Frank and his team and would recommend and will work with them in the future. Thanks."
